HDBC SERIES COMBINATION PARK & SERVICE BRAKE

HDBC SERIES COMBINATION PARK & SERVICE BRAKE

The Carlisle Brake & Friction HDBC4225 Series Brake is a combination, service and park, triple opposed piston, caliper disc brake designed for dynamic and static applications. One set of opposed pistons is a spring applied, hydraulically released (SAHR) park brake while the other two sets of opposed pistons are a hydraulically actuated service brake. The service brake includes retracting springs and automatic adjusters. Both the caliper and disc require fixed mountings. This brake provides a high torque range for heavy-duty service conditions. Multiple calipers may be used on a single disc to proportionately increase torque output. Also available as a service brake only without the SAHR park brake.
